Early Access Program, my console is now blocked from xBox Live access

So, between yesterday and today, I've spent hours trying to figure out why my xBox 360 won't connect to xbox live only just to find out that the Early Access Program is the culprit. I've tried every trick in the book to reconnect when I knew it was the console,
not the internet too. I have 4 consoles in my house, mine being the only one on the Early Access Program, and I'm the only one without connection. I went so far as to even wipe all the information from my console in an effort to reset it to factory specifications
just to find out that it won't work either. Now I've lost most of my information, have hours of downloaded content to regain and I still don't have access to xBox Live.

Things you have tried: cleared cache multiple times, switched between wired and wireless connections, backed to previous updates, spoke with support twice, attempted to install the official update from September without response from the console

Do you have a NAT error? If so, what is your NAT type?: no

Is UPnP Enabled?: yes, factory setting

Group not found - Xbox Early Access forum

I've been in the preview program I think for almost 2 months now, and can't access the Xbox Early Access forum. any help would be apprecicated

 

I Need Help To Contact The Preview Team. I Got Invited To The Xbox One Early Access Program But I Never Got My Invite.

I Got Invited To The Xbox One Early Preview Access Program By A Friend And Never Got My Invite By Message. I Was Then Told To That I Needed A Gold Membership And I Bought Xbox Live Gold. So Now The Question Is Wheres My Invite?

 

I realize this is Thanksgiving weekend but this isn't very fair. I'm basically being punished for volunteering for the Early Access Program. I can't even access their "special" forums either. Really frustrating considering how much time I usually spend using
