    Hi, I hope you're doing great out there. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you with your concern.

    I have here steps that we can try, please perform a power cycle on your console by following the steps below:

    POWERCYCLE CONSOLE​​​

    ​​​

    "1. Turn off your console by holding the Xbox button on the front of the console for approximately 10 seconds. The console will turn off. ​​​

    2. Turn your console back on by pressing the Xbox button on the console or the Xbox button on your controller. ​​"

    After that go to "My games and apps" then Owned games, check if you can install the game from there.

    I Pre Ordered Call of Duty Modern Warfare 2 Vault edition and the funds haven't been taken out yet.

    Yeah the game still hasn't charged my card and I not pre downloading the early access campaign

    I just got forza horizon 4 ultimate edition(not the digital download) and it just wont read or download the game the DLCs are downloading but its supposed to give early access

    Hi Pablo,

    Thanks for the reply. As you have early access. Downloading access is limited so it would be the whole game again. This way you make sure the game is not corrupt.

    Problem trying to download the beta

    It's set up like that so people don't have early access to games. Reviewers are sometimes given a code to download a game on the marketplace and if you try to download it, it'll be a massive amount of points.
