    I got one of my preview update and now I can't connect to live cause it's saying I'm missing an update and the says the update is unavailable wth is goin on I jus wanna use my Xbox dammit

    I just got an update and now I can't sign into live cause it's saying I'm missing an update but the update isn't available help me Xbox I've been getting the run around for hours

    Hey buddy,

    If you're having troucble with the preview, I'd reccomend posting it into the preview forums, where the team will be able to better tailor a response for you Early Access Forum :)

    Also, to all the users who didn't have access to the forum, if you are still chasing it, let me know and i'll put through a request. You must be part of the preview program already to get it though

    We got you taken care of, you should be able to access the Xbox One Preview forums when you try to access them.

    Since this is an older thread, be sure to post a new thread if need assistance in the future! That way the community here can provide support tailored specifically to you! Early Access Forum :)

    Hey Yer,

    the main support team are monitoring the forums so once they see this message and verify you are in the preview program they will be able to sort out your forum access.

    Please bear in mind that after checking your post they have to manually make changes - and there are a lot of preview forum requests at the mo - so they will get to you as soon as they can!
