Early acces preview program

Hi Preview Team, I am having an issue accessing the Early access forum for the Preview Program

:)

 

Can't access Xbox One preview forums

Same here. I've been in the preview program for a few months now, but still can't acces the preview forum.

 

Can't play Kameo

I am part of the preview program but the thing is I can't acces the forum..

 

The Xbox early Access forums are only available to members who's consoles and gamertags are enrolled to test system updates and is different from game early access that's available to everyone.

Can you clarify if this is a system of game related issue?

 

Erm, mi 360 console and gamertag are already in the preview program, and while contacting regular suport i was redirected here to ask about info and early acces for mi xbox one console

 

The Xbox 360 and Xbox One preview programs are separate... being in one doesn't guarantee access to the other. To get into the Xbox One preview program, you'll need to be invited by a friend who is already in the program, and then be accepted by Microsoft
(you'll get a message from Xbox Live with a link to download the Preview Dashboard app).

 

I've been in contact with support and they've told me to get in touch on the forums , the problem I have is that my Kinect has stopped working , this happened after the recent early access update that had cortana installed. Is there any help you can give
me , or is this a common fault ?

It's best to post in the preview program forums regarding any issues with the latest Xbox one expereince.

If you get a message that states that the group cannot be found PM a mod so they can grant you access to those parts of the forums.

1) Be invited

2) Be accepted

3) Enroll

(Note being accepted can take up to months before actually getting into the program and there is no guarantees)
