    I reported a problem with Bingo about an hour ago. I just wanted to let you all know that the problem immediately disappeared. I was able to continue playing without any problem. Either someone is really on the ball in "Support" or my lucky stars just
    started working! My gracious thanks to one or the other!

    Is Microsoft Bingo down?

    I was playing earlier today but when I got back from the store I tried to get on several times and it says "There was a problem connecting to the Bingo server. If the problem persists, please check the Bingo support page at
    Uh oh... that shouldn't have happened.". Is this a known problem?

    I cant call valid bingos

    Having the same problem.

    W8.1x64,

    Acer Iconia W700,

    From the very beginning,

    Valid bingos are not scored. In fact, in my case: my bingos are counted in the end of game reward; they are reported in list of all bingos to the left of the screen during a game; but they produce not a "Bingo" happy picture, but a red cross and 10s delay
    as if there was no bingos on field. Auto-bingo also does not seem to work (not sure in this point, as soon as I can't say what is normal behavior, but no "Bingo" picture also).

    XBox connection is established, Facebook is not used.

    very buggy

    I've reported these bugs to the Bingo team and they are working to get these resolved. As Bingo is a "soft launch" in Canada only, it is similar to what other companies do with beta tests- so they can get all the bugs and problems resolved.

    It sounds like it is Microsoft Bingo you are talking about. It seems to be an issue effecting other users as well.

    Hoperfull it is a temporary glitch effecting the free tickets /coins for watching videos that they will fix soon.

    If possible, report the error via the game.

    Windows 10 Games Cannot Sign Into the Xbox Account

    Also am seeing "Sorry, we can't sign you in. Try signing in at Xbox.com, then start this app again." when trying to run Microsoft Minesweeper, Mahjong, Jigsaw, Bingo and Jackpot, but no problem running Microsoft Solitaire. It seemed to be after the update
    earlier this month. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling without a positive result. Using an HP Touchscreen laptop that came with Windows 10 installed if that makes a difference. I know the development team is aware, but reporting anyway. Hate to see my perfect
    streaks end on several of those games.
