Earforce Z11 PC Headset with Xbox One?

I have the new xbox one controller with the 3.5mm jack and was wondering if the z11 pc gaming headset would work with the new xbox controller. The z11 is on sale for a really good price right now and that is why I am wondering. I know the z11 does have a
3.5mm male output. Would I be able to use it for game audio and chat audio as well as a mic on the xbox one ?

xbox one game audio . In controller/headset

Hey guys I have a issue that i am not sure how to turn off. I just return to xbox live with a brand new xbox one system, so here is my issue, I download game/install game and i am playing it, and game audio is coming out of both my headset and tv.

I have pc earforce z11 head set i am working with.what do about this how can i fix so only hear game audio from tv and leave headset for chat only

Xbox One Stereo Headset Adapter Compatibility Question

I'm planning on buying an xbox one in the next week or so... But I don't want to have to buy a new headset. I have an older headset for my xbox 360 that I know will not work due to it being the older, bigger connector. I have a PC gaming headset, a turtle
beach z11. ( found here http://www.turtlebeach.com/product-detail/pc-headsets/ear-force-z11/42) I want to know if via the Stereo Headset Adapter for the
Xbox one, i can use this headset? It uses a 4 pole 3.5mm headphone jack. I can use the headset and microphone parts with my iPhone and my Macbook Pro, so I'm assuming it's the same standard the xbox one headset adapter uses. Can anyone help me out with this?

I can't find anything that says these will be compatible with the XBOX One.

Well I just ordered it off ebay for 18 bucks. Couldnt pass up on the deal. Ill make another post when they arrive and I try them out with the xbox one controller.

Okay guys. I just got the headset in the mail and hooked it up and it works. I can even chat with others. Would any of you be willing to join a halo 5 or black ops 3 party with me to test out the headset mic quality though? Functionality wise, it works great.
All I had to do was plug it into the 3.5mm jack on my controller. The build quality is not that good but the audio quality is terrific and probably the best headset for the price I got it for (18$). I just want to test out the mic.

Same issue here, turtle beach earforce z11. Game audio is fine for battlefield 4, and geometry wars, but no audio for pinball arcade or xbox dashboard sounds. No chat audio comes through the headset, but party and game chat members can both hear my mic.
Just wasted $30 on a new adapter and its definitely not that.
