    Earforce x12 mic issue


    Hey I'm really hoping to get some help with an ongoing issue. I have turtle beach Earforce x12's and the "official xbox adaptor" to allow me to use the headset with my wireless controller. For over a year now I cannot get anyone to hear me in party chat
    or game chat. I can hear the game and players just fine...they can't hear me. Trust me when I say I have tried everything to get the mic to work. I have 2 pair of x12's and both work perfectly on the 360. Just a side note, chat WAS working on the Xbox one
    with the x12's connected via the adaptor. I'm not 100% sure but I think I lost chat ability right after the big update (not the latest one but the one before that) has anyone else had this issue? Did you fix it? How did you get it fixed? Cheers

    Headset stopped working

    I'm experiencing the same thing and my mic was working fine last night. Using a turtle beach earforce x12

    This game has too many ninjas...

    yep turtle beach X12 and Earforce DSS virtual surround , if you could hear enemies i would...........but i hear nothing!

    I got the TB X12 ages ago , fantastic headset. Got mine coupled with the Earforce DSS Virtual Dolby Processor. I would imaging the branded blops headsets will be the same as the new TB but with an expensive paint job

    I've got X11's & X12's... I can confirm that the X11's are supported. I checked this out for Cloud and did post the results in one of the many... many headset adapter threads... So I can understand if you didn't see it. X12's are basically just updated X11's.

    The list shows DX11's which are just the ones with the Earforce DSS included.

    Why is my Xbox One headset adapter not working? I bought the proper cable adapter with it.

    Hmm I have x12's that work fine. I had to play with mine and balance the dial on the headset and the balance on the adapter. Does yours have the USB plugin like the x12's for the mic?
