    Hey guy,

    I have a pair of Shure SE215's with a mic cable. I want to know how I can configure them to use both the audio and mic with my xbox one. I have the newer controller with the built in audio jack, however, it only picks up the xbox's sound but mic mic doesn't
    work.

    Stereo headset adapter and apple earbud problem

    My stereo headset adaptor just arrived today. Trying to figure out how the mic works with apple earbuds and/or my SOL Republic headphone mic.

    I had success picking up the XBox1 adapter that snaps onto the base of my stock controller. While I could plug my cans directly into the controller, the ~$30 adapter seemed to improve the sound quality & headphone-console compatibility.

    I now want better audio quality... am exploring console... TOSlink... DAC/amp.... headphone options. That are less than $300. Sound BlasterX 5G? Schiit Audio? Wish me luck...
