    Each time I try to buy Minecraft after losing my account in the migration it doesn't work.


    A year ago, all my friends were playing some Minecraft and so I tried to join before remembering that I had lost my account in the migration so I thought I would just buy another account, but when I had each time it would say "We’re having trouble processing your payment and we’d like to get it sorted out.", and so I decided I would wait a while thinking it was a Microsoft problem of that day, but now a year later, I tried buying it again and it still doesn't let me buy it, and I know it has nothing to do with my card, not my account, I have used many different accounts. I have also tried different browsers, didn't work. So somebody please give me some advice.

    If you've tried multiple Microsoft accounts to buy the game, it's possible to be a problem with your card. Please try to use a different payment method.

    Also, which store or website did you try to buy the game? Through the Minecraft website or through Microsoft/Xbox Store?

    Mojang Post-Migration Error

    My issue is still ongoing. I have been waiting for a response and have received nothing. I have created a few Microsoft accounts to go through the process, and each time it doesn't work. It's like Mojang didn't give my account time to do the post-migration process because they probably deleted it. At this point, I don't even care to lose my information, but I need my game. I bought the deluxe version of Minecraft THIS YEAR ON APRIL and I'm losing all that. It's literally not even a full year.

    How are Microsoft and Mojang telling me this is my fault when my account is new? They say they sent out emails regarding this migration process but I NEVER EVEN RECEIVED ONE. The email that I used to make the account doesn't contain one Mojang email. I checked everywhere and it's absent. I'm regretting ever buying Minecraft from the website. The only solution I see here is that they give us a refund for the game that was bought. That way we can purchase it again through a Microsoft account.

    Oh I see. Where did you exactly buy the game? From the Minecraft website where it's not yet migrated to a Microsoft account or through the Microsoft Store after migration?

    I suggest that you must sign in the same account on your Xbox app, Microsoft Store, and Minecraft Launcher if you're using it.

    If it doesn't work, try to reset those apps one by one by going to Settings > Apps > Apps & features > Find the app > Advanced options > Reset.

    Yes, that's fine. I have two Minecraft accounts, and two Microsoft accounts to go with them. However, only one of the Microsoft accounts is showing that it has a Minecraft account (that being the latest account that I brought). The other one is not. The two accounts are also completely separate, and have nothing to do with each other. I definitely migrated Minecraft to the correct account, and as I said, it did work initially. I have also tried logging in with my original Mojang account, before I migrated, but that doesn't work either. I have checked all of these accounts.

    Microsoft didn't transfer Minecraft to my account after confirmed successfull migration

    I have only one Microsoft account. I do not remember what email-address the account was bought on, but that doesn't matter, because the minecraft account was migrated after anyway. And it was migrated to my one and only Microsoft account in 2022.

    Anyway, I'm going to try to contact live chat support.
