EA wont take my payment , tax on digital and were are they games

I tried to use money on my account and it would not let me and then I went out bought a pre paid visa and set it up online so it can be used for purchasing online and it keeps coming back with a error , so is the only way to pay using your personal visa
because if it is that is such B.S. why cant we use money on are account or pre paid credit cards because I know a lot of people who wont use there cards on there consoles due to problems of getting charged for no reason and other stuff . it seems like it
is through Xbox so we should be able to use cash that's on are account . Seems like the Xbox one is so backwards when compared to the 360 or ps4 also I decided to use the pre paid card to get a membership with loot crate and I used it with ps now to try out
a few games so I guess it your loss and it worked fine . Please explain why you guys charge tax on digital items that is pure greed but then again that's why I buy all my digital games on my ps4 or ps3 because that $20 game is $20 from Sony but in my area
the game through you guys comes to $24 . Its the little things like that , they add up and people decide to move on . I like my x1 but really have no reason to buy games for it unless there first party titles because me and a very big amount of gamers who
do own both consoles always buy the multiplatform games on the ps4 instead . Also Why did your worker on the help line tell me 1001 spikes could not be released in Canada because it has to have French language , that is bs plus even if it was true then why
can I buy it on my ps4 or vita and even my 360 , with the amount of games Sony has been releasing compared to Xbox I would think you guys would want to get more games out but in the past month alone sony has had nearly 10 games compared to the x1 releasing
1 game multy platform titles not counted|( don't care if there on pc I am talking about consoles ) .

payment options

Yes i have made purchases so my microsoft points were forced into money (and i love how they are claiming to collect "tax" on sales of stuff so that we get event amounts, such as a 9.99 purchase they collect a 1 cent "tax")

Why do they even require me to have a payment option on file to get something for FREE and they even bold the FREE...

 

Prepaid cards

go to the store in the game section on the bottom left it will say codes , enter in there and any pre paid xbox card works fine it just puts cash into your account so you can buy anything but remember stuff like EA deal they have is a joke it wont use any
cash on your account you need a credit card for that so if your doing it to get on the EA deal thingy then it wont work , but it does work for all other purchases. Also dont forget they charge tax wich is lame since the other guys dont and why i buy alot over
there because were i live tax is expensive and a $20 game is nearly $25 on the x1 but on the other its only $20 , hint hint xbox

 

First Microsoft is not charging you, Electronic Arts is. They can choose what forms of payments to accept. Same reason why Netflix doesnt take your Microsoft Account money. Secondly I havent looked at the ToU for EA Access but not all services allow you
to use prepaid cards for services. Again Netflix is a prime example. Third tax is handled differently from state to state, company to company. I dont get charged tax on digital games from MS yet I get charged tax when buying games from Wal Mart. You need to
check what your states laws are.
