    Ea Trace Reports


    I have run several trace reports to the ea server as i have been having performance and laggy game play, now when speaking to the latest adviser from ea he seemed to think that because my trace was showing unknown hosts on some of the hops that my router
    was blocking some information and advised me to open my ports. The thing is my ports are open as far as i am aware i did them properly myself, and also this isn't the first time i have experienced unresponsive play and lag i changed my isp because of this
    very thing but it is still happening and getting to the point where the game can not be enjoyed Fifa 15. I will post my latest trace report and if someone who is in the know could shed any light on it i would be more than grateful because as far as i am aware
    most people will have unknown hosts on there hops when doing a trace report.

    they have left their username on my EA account. can i use that to trace them or help xbox / police / EA trace them?

    Well if you want help finding the Xbox console have the police dept call with the police report number and their badge and Xbox will be happy to help them trace it

    Please follow the steps below: Provide feedback to Team Xbox | Xbox Support

    1. Launch Microsoft Store then search for Report a Problem app and install.
    2. Press and hold the Xbox button, and then select Report a problem to launch the Report a Problem app.
    3. Select Reproduce with advanced diagnostics.
    4. Read through the details about media tracing. When you’re ready, select Start trace.
    5. On the How to reproduce with tracing instructional page, select Continue. Report a Problem will suspend in the background.
    6. Reproduce the issue that you’re having with audio or video. After you’ve reproduced the problem, press and hold the Xbox button .
    7. Select Report a problem, and then choose the most appropriate category and subcategory from each dropdown. If you’re not sure what to choose, make your best guess.
      • Selecting Cancel will exit out of your problem report and discard the media trace.
    8. If you have a game clip that also shows the issue you’re experiencing, ensure that Include game clip is selected.
    9. Enter a short title for your issue. Use [Xbox Forums] Issues with Game DVR audio on Apex Legends
    10. Enter a description of your issue. Select Submit to complete your report. It may take longer than expected to send a problem report with a media trace, as traces can be quite large.
    Once complete, post the title of the bug report along with the submission date in this thread.
