EA tag is using different email

Are you trying to change the emaik address associated with an EA account?
If yes, what do you mean exactly by "won't allow me to change it and my mobile number as well"?

Are you trying to recover this account?
Or what are you trying to do exactly?

It sounds like you used a different email address for the old GT. The system won't allow you to create a new tag if the email address is already in use by another tag. Are you sure you didn't use a different email address and password for the old tag? They
have to match exactly for you to be able to log into your account.

If you are seeing a different gamer tag that you normally use, first indication is that you are using the wrong email address that is associated with your gamer tag.
