ea subscription problem

hello i pay for an EA sub every month but this month i have gone to start titanfall and it has told me i need a sub. it auto renews and has done since christmas. this month however i have had this here problem..i love titanfall so i crumbled and signed up
again but have no idea if i paid twice or something. it is microsft that is responsible for these things and would like some help and information on the details of what happened and indeed if i have paid twic for this service?

Your issue is quite weird because it should actually carry over or stack with your previous subscription. It won't cancel at all unless there's an issue with your previous subscription. I would suggest contacting support to check your account further so
they could elaborate what exactly happened!

 

Problem with EA Access subscription

Hi,

I have an EA Access subscription that was renewed recently for one year using my credit card, and is up to September/2016. My XBOX Live subscription is made with pre-paid cards.

I bought a pre-paid XBOX Live card for 12 months subscription that cames with a EA Access 1 month subscription. Today I just redeemed both codes. My XBOX Live was added by 12 months, and now it is valid until 2018, but my already renewed EA Access membership
was incorrectly canceled and just one month was added, being valid up to March/2016.

This is just wrong and I wanna know how this can be fixed. It was not advised that the code redeem will cancel my previous membership. It's suposed to just add more one month, just like happens with my XBOX Live membership as described above.

I just received an e-mail from Microsoft to confirm the membership cancellation and the one month subscription. This is really not right, what will make an user to want to cancel this that way?

Waiting for a solution for this strange problem as soon as possible as I just paid for them.
