EA Subsciption Not Avctive

I bought a game called The Escapist. Every time i start it, it says i don't have an Ea subscription, which is completely dumb considering it's an an Ea game. I just got off chat with microsoft support and they told me i don't own the game. Essentially i
lost $20 in the xbox store.

If phone support was unable to find the purchase on your account it sounds like the game may have been purchased on a different account. Have you tried signing in with a different Xbox Live account to see if the game is playable from there?

op is dumb. he said why should we pay for xbox live subsciption if we already pay for a netflix subsciption?

well why do you pay for an internet subsciption if you already pay for a netflix subsciption? maybe you should go complain on you isp's forums.

I have same problem with codes for gold subsciption.

No, as the 2 subsciptions are merged, you'll have to resubscribe to gold.
