    Been getting "you have lost your connection to the ea servers" and "unable to connect to the ea servers at this time, please try again later". I've been getting this message for about a week. I've searched for other posts about this issue and just seem
    to get more error messages..... getting extremely frustrated. please help.

    I'd jump into connected franchise myself the EA servers weren't so sh*t. I've lost count of the number of games that I've had to restart because I've lost connection to the EA Servers.

    EA has the cheapest servers in the history of gaming and DICE gave us their alpha build instead of the beta so they gotta make changes.

    Everything said it was good. Xbox was working fine until a few weeks ago. The message in Madden 19 says Connection Lost - you have lost your connection to the EA servers. Please make sure your Ethernet cable is connected. You will be unable to access
    any online features.

    The message in NCAA said Attention -The EA servers are not available at this time. Please try again later.

    We have contacted EA and they gave the ports to open. Then contacted our internet provider. Our connection is good. They opened up all the ports that EA said to.

    Any other ideas?

    Bad Company 2 did this as well. More likely lousy EA servers just being lousy EA servers than you having lost your progress...

    West Coast Servers Keep On Crashing!

    the west coast server i admin has been down for 4 days now... you join in and in a less than a minute your dumped out with a Error Connection to EA lost message.

    I am sure if all the US servers were down like this that EA would jump to fix it asap and not take such a long time, also that server reset to 16 players is bs too.

    EA servers are renowned for being unrealiable.

    Just because you are having disconnections doesn't necessarily means there is a problem with your xbox or connection.

    EA's servers are controlled by EA not Microsoft. You should contact EA support.
