    That pops up if servers or down, or if a ban from that EA game took place.

    I hope this helps answer your question, I suggest trying a power cycle of the console and trying again same with the Internet router/Modem.

    It seems to be only EA servers. I can join dice servers, but when i try to join EA servers, i get an error message.

    Hi thanks for the reply but I did say that there was no error code, it just said oops there seems to be a problem.

    It's ok, my son checked his xbox, he said it's showing he has a sub now, maybe it was just some random error with the server.
