    Continues to say i have lost connection to ea servers, but the online battlefeild store still works, xbox live is fine, so what gives. ive got gigabit internet, so connection speed isnt an issue. perplexed.

    I'd jump into connected franchise myself the EA servers weren't so sh*t. I've lost count of the number of games that I've had to restart because I've lost connection to the EA Servers.

    I gave up with CFM due to constantly losing connection to the EA servers, resulting in all progress of the game and having to start again.

    Hi. I can imagine you are frustrated at this but it sounds like it may be a problem with EA servers. Can you still not get access?

    this is not a problem on your end, it is EA that is the problem. EA forces us to use their servers and EA drops old games from their servers in favour of newer ones that are played more. also sometimes their server is crapping out with so many connections.
    so when you boot the game its connects through live first then connects to EA...and boom!!! disconnect issues (but your still connected to live)

    A very long time ago with an ea it game it asked if i wanted to link my account ea account i said no ever since then i cant connect to the ea server i simply get "Log in failed, unable to connect to EA servers"

    This happens often when you lose contection to EA servers, as ReproductioN pointed out. I have been having problems connecting to EA servers myself, I guess EA are preparing server space for BF3.
