Ea Sell Faulty Products.

From September 28th 2015- May 16th 2016 (My last purchase) i was unaware of the glitch within the game ea knew was there which made the fifa points i was buying not legit and they did not give me what i intended them to. I feel i am entitled to compensation
from EA / Microsoft due to others getting that and its what i deserve being unaware at the time. It is disgusting i have had to waste my time on this. Here is a link to glitch -

Faulty Products

Hi Everyone

Last month my Xbox One X developed a problem and needed to be replaced, it took about 2 weeks to get to my house on the advanced service and then I sent my device back. 3 weeks later and I have another Bricked Xbox One X, the replacement device has died.

My problem is when I was asked to provide the serial number on the back of the device I noticed this device does not look like a new console more like a reconditioned one, the screw heads look alittle messed up. Can someone confirm if these devices are new
? £450 with a warranty means when a fault happens your supplied a fixed broken device ?

This has to be wrong ? This will be my 3rd Xbox one X in 6 months.

Xbox One Kinect Sensor Broke

Argos sold you faulty goods, and if you only bought it not that long ago then you as the customer have a right for a refund or a replacement. Shops can't sell you a faulty product.

Citizens Advice

 

This is something you would need to take up with E.A. as they are the ones who make the game.

There's nothing Microsoft can do.

 

Loool you expect me to believe that, they sent me here to xbox , you lot do the refunds dont treat me like a fool

 

If this is a known issue then E.A. are the ones you need to contact as it's their game.

It's nothing to do with Microsoft no matter what you were told.

 

Only other thing to try is contacting phone/chat support
support.xbox.com/.../contact-us as they are the only ones who can give out refunds but they are under no obligation to do so.

 

Oh ive contacted your useless chat support a few times, not great service to a loyal customer. Ea cant do anything to compensate me, you can.

 

I can't do anything other than what I've told you to do.

I don't work for Microsoft.

You've been told what to do,there is nothing else anyone can tell you.

You wont get a refund from anyone on the forums.
