EA Play not working

So, which platform you're using PC or console?

If it is on PC, you can't game share on PC, meaning, you would need to be connected to the same account that has the subscription in order for you to have access to all of the content of that subscription.

Console:

If you're in a console, keep in mind, that in order for you to access any content on an account which you're not using to play, this account must be set as home console on your console first, and them you will be able to access the content using another account.

How you can set this account as home console on your Xbox:

1. Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

2. Select Profile & system > Settings > General > Personalization, and then select My home Xbox.

3. Do either of the following to change the status of your Xbox:

To make this your home Xbox, select Make this my home Xbox.

To remove this console as your home Xbox, select Make this my home Xbox and then Remove this as my home Xbox.

Please confirm from your account services page on https://account.microsoft.com/services if you currently have an active EA Play subscription.

If it's active, check your EA account through https://myaccount.ea.com/cp-ui/connectaccounts/... and make sure that your Xbox account is currently linked to your correct EA account.

purchasing ea play on pc is through ea app or via steam, if you have ultimate gamepass on xbox then you get access to ea play on the ea app on pc if the accounts are linked.

if you only have ea play on xbox then you need a separate sub for ea play with the ea app or steam.

My subscription works on EA play, and I downloaded and played BF4.

That's just not true. It Takes Two is now on Xbox Game Pass. Whether it's EA Play or EA Play Pro doesn't matter. It's a Game Pass game so should work on Game Pass, even if on EA's own service it's 'Pro'
