EA Play not working with Xbox Game Pass Ultimate

Discus and support EA Play not working with Xbox Game Pass Ultimate in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; I have read both Xbox and EA's FAQ's/Support forums and can't solve this problem.     EA Play not working with Xbox Game Pass Ultimate


    I have read both Xbox and EA's FAQ's/Support forums and can't solve this problem. I have Xbox Game Pass Ultimate and want to play an EA Play game. Accounting to Xbox, an EA account is automatically created and should allow access to EA Play games through
    Ultimate. I have access to the EA Play library and can download games through Xbox Game Pass Ultimate but when I open those games, I cannot play online. I get the message "Your EA Account is Disabled". I have followed those prompts to reset my password. I
    have restarted my xbox. I have received a notification from Microsoft that "EA Portal has connected to my xbox account". But alas, i still cant play online.

    I don't understand where the issue is or why i can't play EA Play games. Any thoughts or suggestions are greatly appreciated!

    What will happen to my subscriptions if I already have both Xbox Game Pass Ultimate & EA Play on Xbox?

    When the EA Play member benefit unlocks for Xbox Game Pass Ultimate members, users who have both Xbox Game Pass Ultimate and EA Play purchased through the Microsoft Store will have their EA Play membership canceled and any remaining time over 50 days will
    be rounded up and converted to the nearest month of Xbox Game Pass Ultimate at a ratio of 3:1.

    For example, if you have between 50 days and 3 months of EA Play already on your account when EA Play comes to Ultimate, you will have 1 month of Xbox Game Pass Ultimate added to your account. If you have between 4 months and 6 months of EA Play already on
    your account when EA Play comes to Ultimate, you will have 2 months of Xbox Game Pass Ultimate added to your account.

    If I buy Ultimate on my pc will it also work for Xbox?

    Game Pass Ultimate contains Xbox Game Pass, PC Game Pass, EA Play (XBOX & PC), Cloud Gaming, and Xbox Live Gold. So yes, it will work on Xbox and PC.

    Did you purchase Game Pass for PC, Xbox Game Pass, or Game Pass Ultimate? Only Ultimate includes EA Play.

    Xbox Game Pass Ultimate is £10.99 a month. Ultimate includes Xbox Live Gold, Xbox Game Pass for console, Xbox Game Pass for PC, EA Play for Xbox, EA Play for PC & Xbox Cloud Gaming. So for the extra £4 you are getting a lot of value for money.
