EA Play No Longer Functioning

I had gotten the free EA play code from Xbox Gamepass Ultimate Edition. It was going good for the first month and then the next month Origin had emailed me requesting me to put in a payment method to continue the membership. I didn't select anything (since the membership should be included with gamepass ultimate) and over the course of a few days it had attempted to take money out of my wallet on EA play. Since I had nothing in my wallet it just became 0. Eventually the subscription just canceled all-together and now I can't even restart my Xbox Gamepass Ultimate Edition provided EA access subscription. So basically, I should be getting a plethora of EA games provided with my gamepass subscription, but I am not because the Origin bot tried to take money that I didn't have nor have to pay (in my knowledge). I had already attempted to contact EA about this matter yet they just said contact this support since Microsoft handles the billing. Any tips on how I could resolve this issue?

Ah alright. This is for PC. I have ultimate and I figured that when I got an email saying that EA play came to gamepass it was referring to PC gamepass. Good to know that I didn't somehow compromise my EA Play subscription!

Is this on the console or PC? EA Play is included on the console with Game Pass Ultimate. EA Play will be available on the PC through Game Pass sometime this year.

Ea play and other gamepass benefits only work with.the account that has gamepass

After uninstalling and re-installing Xbox Video, it works again.

That was the only thing I had yet to try.
