    When I download a game on my pc it brings up someone else's email and auth app. I try to sign in with my new EA account but it keeps taking me back to the other person's email for login.

    EA Play and Xbox

    It's possible you have EA Play on a different account to what your Ultimate is on. If that is the case, then log in with the account that has EA Play on account.microsoft.com and cancel it.

    Are you trying to change the emaik address associated with an EA account?
    If yes, what do you mean exactly by "won't allow me to change it and my mobile number as well"?

    Are you trying to recover this account?
    Or what are you trying to do exactly?

    PS: please don't share personal information like email addresses, here in the forums no one can access / view / modify account details due to privacy and security reasons
