    EA Play and Xbox (Beta) not working correctly


    I'm trying to get EA play through my purchase of Game Pass but the built in link to connect the two accounts is broken on the Xbox game app, the EA Desktop window opens for a second then immediately closes again. That very window is needed for linking the accounts, I've tried just downloading EA games but the same pop-up then down window happens. When I log on normally through the EA Desktop it doesn't link to my Xbox account. I've uninstalled both apps twice now, but it seems to be one of those "delete all instances" situations and that's a LOT of strenuous work. Please help!

    EA Access - cannot install any games from vault - forces me to pay for them - XBOX ONE

    OK, tried everything. None worked - yet solution is simple. I have 2 accounts on console - I bought EA Access on one of them. I was logged on correctly on account with EA Access. This account was listed as second. Because I was really trying everything
    I deleted other account - that only one with EA Access remained. It worked - now games working correctly - finally, cos my wife wanted to play zombies :)

    Error Code 0xa3ea00ca while trying to install EA Play games via PC App.

    I had the exact same issue. I found the best way to go about it is to not use the Xbox app to install ea play titles. when it has you install the ea desktop beta app the first time you try to install an ea play game do that. then open it and log in with your Xbox account. From there you can search and download any ea play game from within that app. And it works better than the Xbox app as well. Enjoy playing and have a great day!
