EA origins/ microsoft account compromised

Hello im not sure if i am in the right section but a microsoft advisor sent me to this link and told me to open a post here about my situation, Case Ref: [Mod Removed] and the other ref that i opened by contacting microsoft is :
[Mod Removed], basically my account got compromised on EA origins and the email and password was the same for my gamertag which is
[Mod Removed], while i was away and not home i was on a laptop and i logged into ea origins to ultilise my Ultimate team on fifa 14 i forgot my security question so i unlinked my account but i wasnt able to link it back until i logged into
a trusted console. so this person who hacked me got my information from their website dont know how and then logged into my gamertag on his xbox one, because EA told me this a few days ago that my gamertag was activated on two gamertags, and because of this
they didnt belive me they even banned me for 72 hours and said this is a false claim ive tried speaking to the advisor on the phone and explaining but they do not comprehend anything if they make a decision its final unless you have proof

Now reason why i am contacting microsoft is because i want to know if its possible that microsoft can investigate this persons xbox one i know two of his gamertags, the ones he used to hack me and transfer everything, when i called microsoft they said they
would need the SN and device ID obviously i wont know his xbox details myself. so his gamertags are
[Mod Removed] and [Mod Removed], both of their recent activity was on fifa 14 the day i opened my case so this person only made these accounts to hack me or other people as well, now what im looking for from microsoft is if
they could investigate his xbox one not to just ban him but to get information from his xbox one to confirm that yes i am telling the truth that i have been compromised so EA can believe me and refund what i lost.

im not asking to be given the private information of his xbox to me such as ip address and mac address and any location details but to be put into my case as proof that i was hacked and compromised and it had nothing to do with me so i can contact EA and
tell them to contact microsoft regarding my case and for it to be confirmed by microsoft to EA that yes i was hacked, unless microsoft can contact Ea themselves and do it for me and also any other gamertags he would have linked to those gamertags so it can
be given to EA for investigation. sorry for the long essay but ive lost over 400 pounds worth of virtual goods and Ea dont believe anything i say, due to thinking i own two xbox ones and i did this myself so i really need this sorted out asap, please contact

XBox Live Account Compromises - Microsoft Sweeping It Under the Rug?

It became pretty clear what was causing the account compromises and it was EA's fault but they will never admit it. Origin/EA accounts where compromised and xbox live account info obtained due to alot of people using the same email/password combinations
for EA origin as they do forxbox live.

More than a few people affected by this admitted they had done just that.

 

Account was hacked earlier this today

No I never played battfield heroes.. Bf3 origin is what i was referring too.. I highly doubt my EA account has been compromised, Im sure if they can do this to ps3, it can happen to ms.

 

Sorry to that. You can call Microsoft support so they can investigate the suspicious activity on your Microsoft account as for EA, I would post a thread on their forums about the breech or see you can find a number or email for them through a contact us
tab. I hope everything works out for you and good luck.

 

ive called them 3 times they dont seem to be getting me anywhere i just need to be directed to the people in charge of investigating hackers and banning xbox ones because if they can investigate a hacker and ban his xbox that means they can track down the
persons xbox one information which is what i need speaking to EA will not get me anywhere i need microsoft to confirm to EA that yes i have been hacked otherwise its a lost cause without proof.

 

I'm sorry, but only phone support can help you when it comes to suspicious activity. I just keep calling them until you get the assistance you need.
