EA NHL 19 game freeze/kick to dashboard

for the past 2 weeks when I try to load into the online portion of this game it freezes and sends me back to the xbox dashboard. now I have done every step xbox assist suggest even a factory reset but the game keeps dropping at the same screen. Ive looked
into my ports and port 3074 is connected this is a suggested xbox port. I don't know if I need to open additional ports for ea nhl 19 servers or what the deal is. my NAT type is open network and ping tests are good with low latency. played this game daily
with no issue for months up tp this point. Netgear C3700 router with a CAT 6 Ethernet to the xbox. any suggestions are an option at this point ive tried everything waiting on a call from EA now a call to XBOX last night yielded no results

When you used Xbox assist did it recommend to re-install the entire game after you did the factory reset? If you haven't done so already go ahead and un-install the game, restart your Xbox, and install the game again.

Can you play the game locally against a CPU or friend? And the game only crashes when going to the online mode correct?

Port 3074 is generally all you need but certain games do better if you have other ports open as well. There are some standard ports for Xbox Live that can be opened to improve connectivity and if that doesn't help then I found this EA support article with
recommended ports for their games and NHL is on there:

I was actually able to fix the issue because I realized that NHL 19 was the only game with the issue. I uninstalled and reinstalled NHL and it works fine. I agree that the possible problem is with a glitch on EA Access.

I have exactly the same problem!

Game shows in my order history but I can no longer start NHL 19. I bought a code to redeem as

NHL 19 - Unlock keys.

Same problem here! Agree 100% with everything said above.

Game is not showing in games library but in order history it is all ok and valid. MS support was no help yesterday - 2 hours of chatting couldn't solve it. At one time it was even said that I only own an Addon, not the full game. Now I am supposed to talk
to EA support.
