    I try to join ea assess just now by xbox one. I purchased one year membership at first, however when i start to download ea games, it said i am still not a ea member; then I purchase one year membership again as it said I can cancel it anytime at xbox.com,then
    it also failed. So I came to xbox.com, trying to cancel what i bought. But there is no cancel option on the page but only a renew option. The order number is as follows:

    Can anyone plz tell me how to join the ea assess, and how to cancel these two orders at least. Thx

    You should be able to just redeem another code for X amount of months for EA access or use a creditcard to lengthen your membership. EA access can stack membership up to 3 years

    What does the fifa 20 with ea access mean

    If you have a membership to EA access their is a discount on EA games, similar the way there are discounts for other games with a Xbox Live/Game Pass Ultimate membership.

    Salutations! This may be occuring because said game may require you to have an EA Play membership(see here for more information: https://www.ea.com/ea-play ). The EA Play membership comes standard with the Xbox Gamepass Ultimate subscription. You are using the regular Xbox Gamepass from what I'm hearing. You may need to buy the EA Play membership.
