EA Madden/NHL Promo credits of (2) $5 not received case [Mod Removed]

I received (2) message from Xbox Live the first one on Friday Dec 2 and the second one today Monday Dec 5th. The messages reads.

"A promotional credit of $5 has been applied to your Microsoft account because you weren't able to play the Madden NFL 17 EA Access trial. Use this credit in the Xbox or Microsoft Store before it expires on 06/30/2017"

the second one reads the same but it reals NHL 17 EA Access trial instead of Madden NFL 17.

I have contacted MS by chat support and they created a case for me # [Mod Removed] and asked me to post it on this forum.

EA Access $5 Credit

I recently received two messages from Xbox Live regarding an EA Access $5 credit for Madden 17 & NHL 17. I was wondering when these credits will deposit into my account because it hasn't shown up yet below is the messages I received.

 

Quantum Break Promo Code-Never Received

I ordered Quantum break and have not received the WIndows 10 copy as part of the promo. Order number is
[Mod Removed].

Have spent countless hours trying to get this resolved please reference case #([Mod Removed])

 

I forgot to add in the message, but nothing was credited to my account.

Thanks for letting us know. Double check your
Microsoft Commerce for a deposit matching the stated amount. You may have to go back a couple weeks to around the release date of the game and it would be a deposit from, "Xbox Live Rewards."

Thanks for your patience. You should have received another message from Xbox Live advising that you received the NHL message in error. If you are still unable to locate your deposit for the Madden NFL 17 trial, be sure to check your Commerce account for
a deposit from Xbox Live Rewards during the week of November 17, 2016.
