Ea linked to xbox account permanently?

A few years back i deleted my old gmail account, it was still attached to Ea. Now that i decided to get the sims 4, i noticed it is still using a none functioning Ea account. I have went to the website but to no avail, i decided to go to the xbox community
for support on this endever.

To place it short:

-Xbox game tied to Ea

-Ea tied to a deleted gmail.

EA said it was deleted for inactivity.... am I reading it correctly? You saying my xbox account is basically permanently locked from using xbox pass and ea and origin. When trying to link my account to these services it says randome email I dont own @xx.com is disabled. I was told by EA to contact Microsoft.

If the account is not linked to an EA account you can create another EA account and link your Xbox account with it.

when you load an ea game on the xbox console be it 360 or one and dont log into an ea account it usually creates one, you can log into ea with an xbox account or email, it is a daft system.

you need to log into ea with your xbox account and remove the link then log into your normal ea account with the email address and then link.

if you cannot do it then open a ticket with EA for assistance.
