Ea keeps saying upgrade to ultimate when I already have It

When you upgrade to Ultimate, any gold or game pass you already have on your account is cancelled and upgraded to Ultimate since Ultimate already includes those. So cancelling your Ultimate cancels everything.

Hello Tadis, you don't need to cancel your EA PLay, the Game Pass Ultimate subscription already has EA play, if you already have EA in your Microsoft account, you can purchase the Game Pass Ultimate subscription from the same account, which will keep your progress and data you already have from EA.

I upgraded to Ultimate subscription almost 3 months ago. But I could avail the free 1 month trial of EA Access. But when I try to claim Spotify and Discord Nitro, It says that my currency may not support or something

What will happen to my subscriptions if I already have both Xbox Game Pass Ultimate & EA Play on Xbox?

When the EA Play member benefit unlocks for Xbox Game Pass Ultimate members, users who have both Xbox Game Pass Ultimate and EA Play purchased through the Microsoft Store will have their EA Play membership canceled and any remaining time over 50 days will
be rounded up and converted to the nearest month of Xbox Game Pass Ultimate at a ratio of 3:1.

For example, if you have between 50 days and 3 months of EA Play already on your account when EA Play comes to Ultimate, you will have 1 month of Xbox Game Pass Ultimate added to your account. If you have between 4 months and 6 months of EA Play already on
your account when EA Play comes to Ultimate, you will have 2 months of Xbox Game Pass Ultimate added to your account.

When you upgrade to Ultimate any gold or game pass you already have is cancelled and converted to Ultimate as well since Ultimate includes gold.
