    EA hub 2 subscriptions (mistkake)


    hi,

    I wanted test EA hub service on Xbox one.

    When i subscribe for 1 month (3.99€) i made a mistake and i did the process 2 times.

    So, my account bills information indicate 2 payments of 3.99€.

    Questions:

    what's happen now? have i subscibed for 2 months or have i lost 3.99€?

    Can i do somethink to recover my money ?

    New EA Hub under Settings, Subscriptions, going straight to auto renewal. Options coming? Change in terminology on that page, to, Expires?

    I pay for EA Access every month, although it appears that it's not showing in my subscriptions and when I go to the hub it wants me to sign up, any idea why I can't get into the hub?

    Did you download the game from the xbox live gold subscription page or the EA access hub?

    We thank you for bringing this inquiry to our forums community, and understand that this concerns the EA Access Hub on your Windows 10 PC.

    The EA Access subscription is only available to Xbox One and PS4 users, as stated through the official
    EA Website. If the app were to sign you in, it would only display games available to you, but it would not serve as a hub for downloading said games. The subscription
    available to PC users is the Origin Access subscription where it not only lets you purchase games at a discounted rate, it will also allow
    you to download those games directly onto your PC.

    As you are playing on PC, we would like to suggest getting a refund by submitting a refund request through our
    Refund Request Webform for that recently purchased EA Access subscription.

    Hey! You tried to start the game from the EA Play Hub? I think you need to use the EA Play Hub to activate the 10 hours.

    Hey, Vlad Villain! Did you download your copy of Peggle 2 prior to March 1st? If you didn't, then it's likely that what you downloaded was the EA Hub version of Peggle 2 instead.
