EA games on GPU not playing, throwing licensing error code.

Hi Royal, I was having issues at first after we were told we could pre download them ready for the 10th of Nov launch.

First thing to check is your ultimate game pass subscription still active?

Try searching for the game in the store and downloading it from there on your console this is what worked for me.

as stated above, the laptop may not meet the requirements, the laptop/pc needs a dedicated GPU for that game and therefore will not run and will throw an error code, that error code is usually the first response to not meeting the games hardware requirements, most of the time windows will state your computer does not meet the requirements and will refuse to download, but there is times it lets you download then refuses to start the game, it can be hit or miss.

I also have the same problem. I have my accounts linked, the ea desktop app downloaded. clicking the "install" button in Xbox App throws up an error (error code 0xa3e903ed).

I can download the game through EA desktop, but Xbox App fails to see this.

Ah, didn't realise EA Play also converted over:

"EA Play for Xbox members who join Xbox Game Pass Ultimate will have their EA Play membership on Xbox automatically canceled, and any remaining time will be rounded up and converted to Xbox Game Pass Ultimate time at a ratio of 3:1. That means if you have 90 days left on your EA Play for Xbox membership, it’ll convert to 30 days of Xbox Game Pass Ultimate."

So:

10 months EA Play = 3 months GPU, give or take

1 Month Live Gold = 1 month GPU

1 Month initial GPU

All total 5 months GPU thus bringing you to June

Yes all games works GPU, Ubisoft plus and EA play games works too fine
