    EA gamepass bug im confused on how to fix this


    ive been trying to download mass effect (I have gamepass) but whenever I try it opens the EA app and gives me a login error, I then go into my EA account and it says I need EA access which I have gamepass... how do I fix this looping problem? I though gamepass gave EA play

    error code 0xa3ea0066

    You oddly have to have the EA app open to fix it. The gamepass app then sends you over to the EA app. The games will then show up in gamepass as downloading.

    This is an EA error for a login error

    It's a bug that can only be fixed by somebody from ea so the best way is to contact EA support
