    EA game pass on PC problem? Any one else? I know what one problem is.


    Hey the EA play wont open for my account on game pass PC. I know its an account issue because i trouble shooted it and tested another account and the window opens for my GF's account. I've tested this on several systems and its the same result. I filed a ticket with XBOX a week ago but no response. They told me they escalated it. So what's going on? Why doesn't this work? Whens it going to get fixed? Can i have a credit for my game pass sub? Since it doesn't work like it's supposed to / bug found. And it's not on EA because XBOX is the host. So no telling me to contact EA, the problem is a bridge problem between accounts. There's absolutely no way to link my account to my EA account without using an Xbox with an EA game in the Xbox. So that sucks. Because i don't own an Xbox and im not going to buy one in order to link my accounts. So figure it out please. Or give me a credit because its the same thing when you subscribe to cable and you perhaps get a premium channel for free but the channel don't work. Anyway that's my problem.

    Link your EA and Xbox accounts: If you are an Xbox Game Pass Ultimate or Game Pass for PC member, you will need to link your EA and Xbox accounts

    Install the EA app: Make sure you have the EA app, now in beta, installed on your PC. If you don't have it, the Xbox app for Windows will guide you through the setup process

    Update user account control settings: User account control settings must be activated again. Take for example the second one. Restart and then it will let you install the EA Play app without problems

    Sign in with your Microsoft account in EA Desktop: Have you tried signing in with your Microsoft account in EA Desktop? Below, you have the Xbox symbol... Once you log in you will have EA Pass

    Those games are not included in PC Game Pass but are included with EA Play which is included with PC Game Pass. As far as I know, EA haven't removed them.
