EA Game Pass Issues on Series S

I’ve been having issues where every EA game I’ve downloaded using game pass ultimate won’t load and basically crashes instantly. I’ve also had some issues with X/S compatible games that aren’t EA do the same thing.

I’ve restarted them, I’ve restarted the Xbox, I’ve reset the Xbox, I’ve deleted and re-downloaded every game as well as clearing their caches to no avail.

I really want to play the women’s World Cup on FIFA 23 so does anyone else have any other suggestions on how to fix this issue if it’s possible?

Yes sir. EA Play will be added to Game Pass Ultimate on 10. November along side the Series S/X launch.

No I dont have an external hard drive but this is a refurbished Xbox so maybe something was missed when it was serviced. Thank you.

Yes when I reset it everything was removed.

Seems like you have performed all the necessary steps. When you reset the Xbox were you able to reset the console removing everything?

This will be the last resort.
