Hi Team, I purchased the EA FC 24 Game from steam and for first week it was working fine but now there is this issue from past 3 weeks, can you please assist and let me know when it will be fixed as the game is not working. I have waited for chat support for more than 2 hours but no reply very poor service. Issue: The game crashes when i try to open the game and only ea app opens afterwards and nothing happens please tell me the solution for this.
Also, connected with EA Team and did trouble shooting with the steps given but still no resolution so they have asked to connect with microsoft team.
