Check support.

I get 100% paket loss what is this all about my internrt is fine works on tablet n otherthings except xbox one

 

Azrael you silly little boy as you can see my original post was at 2.40 pm. ur post is at 10.12 pm. At that time(2.40pm) the Ea servers were down if u had a bit of intelligence ya would know that you cant sign into EA server without firstly being connected
through XBOXLIVE

 

@ ChokingSwineflu,If your using the connection test on the xbox one then don't pay much attention to it,it's not very accurate as the servers it uses to test the connection are all in the U.S.

 

@Daft he is not talking about his ping he is talking about 100% packet loss showing through the connection test which makes no difference where the server is located, and does indeed indicate a problem.

The packet loss is rather due to the current issues with xbox live or the recent update.

 

There was a problem with live that i wasn't aware of when i posted that yesterday

 

@ Daft i did not question the fact that you knew live was down or not, i questioned the fact that just because the xboxone network tests pings us servers that you need not pay any attention to the packet loss info!

The network tests works fine with the only downside is ping as it'll be around 150ms+ probably when you run the test which for us in the uk will be high if most of us do a normal test on our pc which will ping a uk address unless you change it to ping an
address in the us.

But packet loss especially of 100% does indeed indicate a problem, and having a result come from uk or the us has no impact, so the network test on the xbox one should indeed be paid attention to as it is a reflection of your connection on xbox live.

 

FIFA 14 is down again today...

 

MS and EA are becoming a joke with all these problems I should of sold my X1. Luckily I can just covert to my ps4.
