    When signing the gamepass, I went to play the EA games, on the computer, and when I enter the EA Desktop, a code appears that was sent to an email that I no longer use, so I went to the microsoft tab in ( Xbox > Preferences of contact > Email address ) and I changed the email that I no longer used, I went to the test and still asks for the same email that I no longer use, instead of appearing the new one, what to do?

    then you may have your xbox account linked to an older ea account, that is the only thing i can think off right now. as you have no issues signing into windows or xbox app on pc but you have issues signing into the EA app, that then is defo and ea issue as microsoft have nothing to do with ea logins.

    that looks to be the ea verification code that you need to sign into ea, if that email no longer exits then you will need to contact ea to update your email.
