    EA demos crashing after install


    I signed up for the EA access Hub a few weeks ago . 1st I downloaded Madden 15 trial went to play but froze straight after language selection and the xbox then restarts back to the home screen. Same with NHL 15 and now FIFA 15. Downloaded madden 25 and
    battlefield 4 plays fine. Just problems with the trials/demos

    anyone else had this ? Or know what the problem might be ?

    Hey Eyes,



    Sorry for the crashing issue you are experiencing. Is it happening to every game you play or just BF4? I would suggest 2 things. First uninstall the game the re-install it. Seconded you should possibly contacting EA support and see what they have to say.



    Reach back when you try the re-install of the game as well as contacting EA support.

    Hey GreatDaddy Dan,

    Is this an issue that only occurs with the Xbox app? Or is this an issue with the Xbox One console?

    What specifically with EA Access are you unable to use? Are the EA Access vault titles not appearing in Ready to Install? Or are you not seeing demos or trials?

    Why does NBA2k 21, 22 and 23 suddenly start crashing on my Xbox One?

    Thank you for your help. I installed a demo of nba2k21 and it crashed after a few seconds. I thought it might be a disc game issue but alas no. Hogwarts legacy works on disc. I will try what you suggest and hopefully that works.

    Anthem Crashing 5/3/19

    Hi,

    There is many bugs with that game for sure, now the only thing you have to do its to report them at Bioware/EA to get help and fixes.

    Go to https://help.ea.com

    By the way, i have some crash too since the vip demo, in the main title, sound crashes then game freezes then go back to the Xbox menu… Waiting for a good patch...

    Games keep crashing on start up

    Are there any updates on this issue? I'm glad I found this thread because I thought I was the only one. I was on the phone with Comcast and Xbox tech support the entire day yesterday. The xbox techs had no idea about the issue and could offer no solutions
    other that blaming Comcast for my packet loss when downloading games. I explained that I've been using the same connection since launch and never experienced this issue. After all of this the Xbox tech decided to just send me out a new console. After reading
    the problems people are having though, I wonder if that will even help. I recognized the issue after downloading the Forza demo. Any time I opened it, the game would immediately crash and boot me out to the dashboard. I downloaded multiple demos to make sure
    it was the xbox and not the demo itself. Same issue with every other game. The odd thing is that any game I had before this issue still works perfectly fine. Destiny, Madden, the ea access Peggle. They all run just fine, but anything I download from this point
    on just crashes.

    Long Load Times

    I install it on my hard drive and my load time was faster.I also deleted all ea stuff from my hard drive.Like the demo madden 12,college footall demo.Maybe that will help.
