I bought fifa 16 and they gave me Ea Access Code on XBL . I checked it today and I didn't find the message , help me please .

EA ACCESS CODE disappeared

Garden Warfare 2 demo gift one Month EA ACCESS CODE message disappeared,I do not use.

I can not find that message in the XBOX ONE,please help me.

EA Access Free Month Trial

Hi, I pre purchased Fifa 16 on the Xbox store and received a code for a free month trial on EA Access via a message over Xbox live. When I look in my messages now the code/conversation has disappeared? Anyway to retrieve it? Thanks.

Noooo , XBL sent it to me on the console just ! not email , more than months ago I bought it and they sent the code to me on console , I checked everywhere and I didn't find the message it has gone !!

I did buy all of them using EA play but only half of them disappeared so I’m not sure why if it’s my EA subscription why only half would disappear
