    i have the same probelm... no error codes really... i bhougt fifa 18 icon edition today and then i wanted to play today as well so i bhougt ea acsses as well but it just sent me back to store all the time when i phusded play on the ea accses program. then
    i watched my apps and games on my xbox one and it said i onley had the standra edition fifa... i really need help there is no support chat avalibel.

    Hi,

    Did you pre-order FIFA 16 digitally i.e. on the console via the Xbox store? Which version did you get? Some versions don't include the one month free code.

    If so, have you checked your messages? I got my code but it wasn't emailed to me, it popped up in my Xbox Live messages.

    my microsoft account as been hacked what do i do

    this will not help because i don't know what is at*****@mcmfa.email so meaning that i can't acsses that email because it got changed to it not by me

    also writing email like that because i don't even know that email username

    Hi Smoggie,

    When you refer to EA sending you a code? Are you logging in with the old email that was deleted on the EA account. If EA needs to send a code you would need to contact them to update the information on the EA account.
