EA Acess subcribed but still cant paly

Discus and support EA Acess subcribed but still cant paly in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; So I just bought xbox EA acess but when I try to launch hub again it says to subcribe again...     Just subcribed to EA access for £3.99.

    - When I clicked on EA access, it appears to load but then crashes half way through, without error messages, back to home screen.

    Please help. It has done this with the Edge app, and you fixed it.
