    my ea acess games that i downloaded from the vault wont play. everytime i try to play one of there games it pops up ''do u own this game''. i have contacted ea and they said everything was good on there end and for me to contact microsoft.

    Why do people think that being in the previe program gets them EA Acess? To my knowledge the 2 are not mutually exclusive - EA Acess was never mentioned as a "feature" of the Update preview program...

    I'm sorry to hear your having this problem. I know if you downloaded the games during the games for gold week they will not play unless you pay for a ea subscription.

    And please not that this part of the forums is for Ambassadors that that are having problems with getting into the Ambassadors forums..

    Ok in that case you might have to re-download the content again seems like it's lost your license and or was purchased on a different gamer tag
