    EA Account


    I have tried to link my EA account to my Xbox One and it will not work. It states that I need to reset my credentials, which I have done, but it it won't update after I have tried. I have signed into
    my updated EA account on Microsoft server, but that is not working either. I tried logging in through help.ea.com and using sign-in
    through xbox live account and am still getting "invalid credentials" error message. How does one update credentials through xbox live or Microsoft account? I can see my EA subscription through my MS account and payment is active and UTD.

    are you sure it stated ea subscription or did it state and ea account, if ea account that is normal as its an ea game and al ea games need an ea account to play online or off most of the time.

    Help with Origin

    Origin Accounts are the same as the old EA Accounts. If you already had an EA account then you just need to log into Origin (software, game,or website) with your old EA creditials. EA support might be able to merge accounts, they merged my old BF2 account
    into my EA account a long while back.

    whisper do not use the same login as your EA account or psn account

    since fifa is EA property and they were hacked

    (EA was hacked and yes that was on the NEWS) you need to contact EA about changing your EA account

    If you had a previous account linking and it doesnt say "EA play with game pass" under settings-> my account -> my membership in EA Desktop app then I suggest

    - Clicking Manage from the settings in EA Desktop app to go to the EA customer portal website and under Connections disconnect the xbox account

    - Then log out of EA Desktop and exit both apps

    - Then install a EA game from xbox app

    It will log you into EA Desktop and link accounts giving "EA play with game pass" membership and start downloading from EA Desktop app

    Note it says you can only ever link one xbox account to your EA account

    yes you can with ea, you cant with epic, ea can actually have multiple xbox accounts linked to one ea account, i currently have three attached to my ea account. and have unlinked and relinked to a different ea account, but you do run the risk of losing paid for in game content.
