    Ea account linking is actually the worst


    Listen here folks here is what it is. Did you make an EA account and link it to your microsoft account 8 years ago? Did you also lose the email to that account? If yes, have fun not playing an EA game on the linked microsoft account. I guess just ever again. EA won't even do you the courtesy of unlinking the accounts for you. Which is wild. I have now tried two times to get their customer support to do anything for me. They wont. I don't have enough catalogued information on an account I made in passing over half a decade ago to make them believe that it's my account; and for some reason you cannot unlink the accounts through microsoft. Bro this is actually insane. I have never seen a company so dead set on denying me their products before I am astounded. To be ABUNDENTLY clear. My request of EA support wasn't even to let me in the old account. just to free my microsoft account from that dead EA account so I could play spore. >_>

    Great Game

    Probably the worst NHL game experience I've ever had. And I've played EA's NHL series every year since 1992. Don't listen to the marketed fanboys who have linked their bank account to EA for them to syphon money from them.

    yes you can with ea, you cant with epic, ea can actually have multiple xbox accounts linked to one ea account, i currently have three attached to my ea account. and have unlinked and relinked to a different ea account, but you do run the risk of losing paid for in game content.

    I'd actually start with EA/Origin, since they are the ones who are prompting you to link the account in the first place.

    check the linked ea account or unlink it so that I can put my actual ea account linked to it.

    I think the problem is that my xbox account was originally a family account and it will not allow me to remove the xboxlivefamily.com email.
