    EA ACCOUNT ISSUES


    So here is my issue, I am trying to log on to Madden 18 but I can't because the account email that pops up is one that I do not use. It is a very old email and yahoo has shut it down for some weird reason. So I cannot get access to change the password or
    anything to link it to my current email. All I need to do is basically unlink it from the old, and then link it with the new. But with the old email being locked down I cannot do anything. I have already called like 5 people about it from AT&T Yahoo and they
    did not help at all. Anyone know how to fix this?

    If your having issues with your EA Accounts then contact EA Customer Support. They will be able ti work with you hands on.

    Sorry to hear you're having trouble. If this is an account issue with EA then you'll need to contact them and speak with them again as no one here can help with EA account issues.

    Sounds like an issue with the EA servers. Do you actually have an EA account set up? If so then you'll need to contact them for help with the issue. If not then create an account with EA.

    then you may have your xbox account linked to an older ea account, that is the only thing i can think off right now. as you have no issues signing into windows or xbox app on pc but you have issues signing into the EA app, that then is defo and ea issue as microsoft have nothing to do with ea logins.

    I'm not positive, but this sounds like an EA issue, not an Xbox issue. It sounds like EA is still registering the account as linked even though it isn't.
