    I got problems with a prepaid code for EA Access, is a one month prepaid code.

    Every time i get an error when i try to use the code: "

    Something went wrong
    Give it another try. If this happens again, let us know by entering the code below at xbox.com/errorhelp so we can investigate. "

    The page " xbox.com/errorhelp" isn't helping.

    Can someone help me plz ?

    Hey there banderas231992,

    Usually this error occurs if there is a region issue, sometimes your region on the account may be set incorrectly. Which country are you currently located in? Are you in a supported region like the ones listed
    HERE?

    Hello,

    I'm in Romania, it's not a supported region.

    My region is UK on the console i think.

    Do i need to change ?

    Now i got the same problem with a prepaid 3 month xbox live code... EA Access :( which i bought from a shop in romania, it was a prepaid code which includes a weapon skin for the division, and the code for the skin worked but the other one for xbox live didn't.....

    This error can be caused by a few things.

    An overdue account. How to Pay a Past Due Balance on an Xbox Subscription

    A expired Credit card, or missing credit card. (check your billing payment information)

    Trying to redeem a code when you account is in another region (subscriptions)

    Can you please check the above.

    Ok, then i need to set my account and console on the same country?EA Access :) but i cant set the console on romania? What should i do? I dont got an overdue pay , i didnt use my card on the windows account at all.

    What does the fifa 20 with ea access mean

    EA Access is a subscription by EA which gives you access to over 40 games to play, and trials of the latest EA Games. If you have EA Access, then you can purchase FIFA 20 at a discount price due to having the subscription.

    The EA access trials are only available to EA access members. The trial lasts 10 hours and you can also get a discount on the game with EA access. Also, as a reminder, the Sims 4 should be coming to the EA access vault in the near future!
