I usually brag and boast about how good of a deal ea access is... TONIGHT I DONT CARE IF 1000 GAMES WERE 30$ A YEAR I AM EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED i SPENT 65 MINUTES ON THE PHONE TRYING TO GET SOMETHING TO WORK AND STILL CANT LOG IN... i ALSO PAID FOR
THE STUPID YEARLY FEE A TOTAL OF 4 TIMES SO THATS 120$ SITTING IN LIMBO FOR THE NEXT WEEK AND I STILL CANT PLAY ANY OF THE GAMES! THANKS! #1UNHAPPYCUSTOMER#POORSERVICE#WASTEOFTIME#WASTEOFMONEY

Could you elaborate on the problem you are having with EA access and if you are receiving any Error codes?

Now spent over 4 hours on the phone with terrible "customer service" extremely disappointed with lack of customer satisfaction I have had complications with each access I took it upon myself to fix the error now have my subscription but 34.99 was charged
to my credit card 3 times as an "offset" Never again will I recommend or waste time/money on this distasteful service lost a customer for life respect and all reputation thanks for the waste of money! After I get this cleared with my bank it will go to the

So June 28th I am charged for 12 months earlier auto renewal OK fine and dandy I love the service.... July 3rd I attempt to play a game via each vault. I couldn't play just view/manage membership I do this a few times and suddenly I have eaten access until
2020 and still can't play a game. I called Microsoft and spent 96 minutes on the phone to result with nothing but a waste of time and soon to be rather large headache they canceled my membership in hopes that would fix the glitch but no refunds have been made
aside from one automated system refund for 3 identical purchases in one minute even a computer is better Witted than some of your staff... I have since spent over an additional 3 hours on the phone with Xbox "customer service" with what has been explained
as an "offset" so now I have to jump through hoops and wait until my bank makes a dispute against these fraudulent charges.

 

With all due respect the hostility is not needed. I do not work for Xbox or represent them, you are on the public forums and I decided to reply to your thread as you clearly had a problem. A system has glitches sometimes, and I'm sorry to hear that it happened
to you, Xbox and EA support are different things, if it is a problem with charges made by EA then you will have to talk to them, it is not the fault of the console that this has happened.

Refunds are issued instantly typically and can take up to a week I believe. If you are still having problems take it up with EA support, there are plenty of other forms of contact such as live chat sessions or twitter etc. I understand that being on the
phone in queues and such can be a "headache".

 

In addition, why did you pay for the yearly fee multiple times if there was clearly a problem with you being able to access it? Why not after the first time contact support? Out of curiosity.
