EA Access

Since I'm getting back into the Xb scene after a year of Ps3/Ps4 land, there are a few games I want to replay on the XB1. 1 of these is Dragon Age Inquisition which is still expensive in the stores here in Aus land. I see it as pay less for a game I want
and a load of others I don't rather then getting a store bought version. Can I ask people who have been using EA access, has it so far been a good service? Is it value for money? Do achievements count? It looks like it worth it for me just for one game tbh.
Oh, do you need to load EA Access before playing games every time? Opinions appreciated, Thanks guys and gals

EA access is the one to go for

 

It's £20 a year for like 10 full games if someone thinks that is not good value they need there head looking at!

Plus again it's £20 a year if someone can not afford that then they are in the wrong hobby.

Ea access is a no brainer a must have if you have an Xbox one.

 

I've had EA Access since the preview and its great!!

Early access to games, trials, discounts and the vault make it well worth the £20 a year I paid.

You just download games from the vault and then play them as normal.

 

Yes just to echo what the others have said, to me its a no brainer!! £20 for a year is great value

You just load the game as normal once you have downloaded it and you get achievements as normal also!

 

Thanks guys, you're all awesome I'll set it up tonight. tbh I don't have a favorite new console, like last gen I play both and then play the games I like twice. Had loads of fun on the XB1 exclusives so now it's time for multiplat!

 

I think EA Access is such great value for money, as people have said above it's really a no brainer. Don't tell EA, but I'd happily pay double, even triple the current price and it would still be good value!

 

EA really hit the nail on the head with Access. Not only is it the free games but you get free trials of most of their games so you get to decide if you want to buy it or wait for it to enter the vault.

 

I made a new friend the other night who was also new to XBL - since he was new and looking for games, I told him about EA Access and how great it was. He was absolutely floored by it and will take advantage of it as soon as he recovers from his recent purchase
of the XB1.

It's not the 1st time this has happened either - every time I mention EA Access to someone who doesn't know about it, they're like, "say what!?" LOL!

 

EA Access is the best value on Xbox One. Seriously. $30 a year for all those games? No brainer.

 

It's $39 here in Australia, i signed up last night and it's well worth the $. Since I loaned my N4S and BF4 discs that have both fallen down the black hole, there is more incentive for me now. Great value and thank you all for the feedback.

No EA Access doesn't need to be loaded, when you start up a game that has a trial it will bring up a box telling you how much time you have left otherwise the game would launch normally if you own it or is part of the EA Access vault.

 

Getting EA Access was the best decision I ever made since getting an xbox one back in May, it helped me build up a good sized catalog of games for me to dive into when I feel like playing my xbox.
