    I got a message in my xbox inbox saying> Thanks for your FIFA 17 purchase. To get started with EA Access, redeem your 1 month code by 10/14/16 and install the free EA Access Hub by searching for EA Access on Xbox One. (25 digit code) However, when i clicked
    redeem (through windows 10 app) it says that the code has been already used. I had an active ea access subscription and it didnt extend, so it was redeemed by me. Any solution??

    Already talked with EA Sports live assistance, and two chat assistants from xbox support who linked me here. Any way to fix this issue?

    Hey there Ro7castillo!

    Is it possible another account on your Xbox One was signed in and used the code? Also, make sure the region of your account is tied to your physical location. Cross-region accounts aren't supported and may cause code redemption issues.

    Hey Maka, there are only two accounts in my xbox one and I have checked that my secondary one doesnt have an active ea access subscription. However, my store is USA and right now im in Nicaragua because i moved not long ago. What can we do?

  6. Thanks for the clarification, Ro7castillo. Unfortunately, we are unable to replace any tokens that have already been redeemed. You can
    contact us via phone or chat support to see if they can find out where the token was redeemed, but they will not be able to replace it, either.

    If you need any codes to be recovered by us after accidentally deleting the message, be sure to post up a new detailed thread so that we can look into it further. Thanks for understanding!
