i pre order fifa 17 and i didnt recived my ea access code 1 month

so i talk with ea chat and they said its microsoft thing not ours

and i have talk to xbox live chat and they told me to post here to GET MY CODE

and i need it because the fifa17 trial in ea access will start after 3 days

please help me and Thanks.

When did you preorder FIFA? Be aware that codes are generally sent 7-10 days after the date of purchase. For example, if you purchased on September 10, 2016, you could expect to receive your code between September 17-20, 2016.
